Одновременный обмен определенного количества наличного товара на равное количество товара с поставкой в будущем, как правило, в связи с тем, что обе стороны проводят противоположное хеджирование на один и тот же месяц поставки. Обмен зерна на фьючерсные контракты происходит вне биржевой "ямы". Синоним терминов exchange for physical (обмен на физические товары), exchange against actuals (обмен на наличные товары)
